Aside from these pink/black 760's looking really sharp, I feel they have more support than the previous model, 769. I put these on and didn't need much of a break in - by the 2nd mile they were comfortable and I felt they were comforming to my feet. I get wide shoes (D) and although I ordered the same size as my usual 769's, I don't have quite as much room in the toe box area as I did in the 769's - these are just perfect. The 769's had almost too much wiggle room, so I just wear thicker socks with them. I'm very happy with these and recommend them to those who need more cushioning/stability, new runners and clydesdale runners.

I was selected to test out running shoes for Fitness Magazines Spring Shoe guide for 2010 and this was the first pair that was sent to me. I love the design and the look of the sneaker. I require a stability type shoe, and this was just that, maybe more of a stability +. It was a bit heavy to start running in, but by the end of the 8 miles, it formed to my foot and felt much lighter. I think its a great sneaker and may give me cause to veer from my Asics GT's for a secondary style. I can't wait to run in them again!

I fell in love with these shoes from the beginning and was so disappointed when the black rubber outisde edge of the heel wore completely down after only 200 miles! I am petite, 5'3", and 105 lbs. I bought another pair, thinking maybe I had gotten a defective one, but the same thing happened to the next pair. I am hoping the update is a little more durable because I cannot afford to replace my shoes every 200 miles, no matter how much I love them!

As a novice runner, I took the opinion of several experienced runners and had my running shoes custom fitted. I was fitted with the New Balance 760 and I LOVE them! I run a lot of hills and the cushion is great. I have also had some recent ankle pain/injury and this shoe helps to stabilize my ankle and with the wider toe area this is the perfect shoe for me. I look forward running many miles in this shoe!
